Preorder settings
Set the reminder window, the terms printed on the form, and what the new-preorder wizard shows.
What you need first
- Signed in as the store owner — the Control Panel is owner-only.
Steps
Open Preorders → Control Panel and click Settings.
Under Reminders, set Due-date reminder window (days). Orders due within that many days show as due soon.
Under Terms & conditions, write one term per line. They print at the foot of the preorder form. Leave it empty to print none.
Under New-preorder wizard, switch off the parts your staff do not need. Then click Save at the top.
What you should see
The next preorder your staff take and the next form you print use the new settings.
Common mistakes
- Hiding the deposit part of the wizard does not remove the minimum deposit. It is still checked when the order is saved.
