See who changed an order
Every change, payment, print and message on an order is logged with the person and the time.
What you need first
- Any order.
Steps
In Preorders, open the ⋮ menu on the order and choose Activity.
Each line shows what happened, who did it and when: status changes, edits, payments, prints and WhatsApp or email messages.
What you should see
You can follow any order from the moment it was taken until it was handed over.
Common mistakes
- Several people using one PIN. The log cannot tell them apart — give each person their own PIN in Users & Roles.
