Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
Sahel offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, your account will be downgraded automatically — no charge.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of any monthly subscription if you are not satisfied.
- After 7 days, no prorated refunds are provided for the current billing period.
3. Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
- We offer a full refund within 14 days of the annual payment if you are not satisfied.
- After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remaining period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at rashed@getsahel.com with:
- Your account email address.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Your payment receipt or transaction reference.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Service Disruptions
If the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to our fault, affected subscribers may be eligible for prorated credits or refunds at our discretion.
6. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation or refund, your data will be preserved for 30 days. During this period you can export everything. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
