Do I have to rebuild my products in Sahel?
No. Import your Shopify catalog in one click — Sahel creates the matching products with their SKUs, prices and current stock, and links them for you. Or, if items already exist in Sahel, link them by SKU.
How does stock stay in sync?
It’s two-way. An in-store sale adjusts your Shopify stock, and a Shopify order adjusts your branch stock in Sahel — so you can’t oversell. A reconciliation tool fixes any drift on demand.
Does it work with multiple branches?
Yes. Map each Shopify location to a Sahel branch and pick which branch online orders pull stock from.
Is my Shopify connection secure?
Yes. You connect with a custom-app Client ID + secret; Sahel mints and refreshes the short-lived access token server-side, and credentials are never sent to the browser.
